When cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, please note we require all customers to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to the scheduled lesson time. Otherwise, we will charge customers for the FULL session.
Please email myhomeswimlessons@gmail.com with the desired cancellation date and time. If applicable, a full refund will be issued within 24 hours of the cancellation notice.
Alternatively, appointments can be rescheduled through your online account.
